Our Rates

Our rates are per room and include a full Yorkshire breakfast.

Single Room from £70 – £104

Double or twin Room from £76.00 – £110

Character rooms supplement £15 per night

Extra adult – £25 per night including breakfast

Children’s Rates

Add £6 per child (up to 16 years) on a bed & breakfast basis. Prices are based on a child sharing with 2 adults.

Pets

Your pets are more than welcome at The Lister Arms for just a small fee of £15 per stay, of which 10% is donated to the SARDA (Search and Rescue Dog Association). If you wish to bring your pet along, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll prepare your room for your extra guest.

Check in

You’re welcome to arrive and check-in any time after 2pm. If you’re going to arrive later than 6pm, please let us know so we don’t worry and send the search party out for you.

Stay a little longer

Normal check-out time is 10.30am. But if you’d like to stay in your room until 2pm, please ask for a late check-out. We’ll always do our best to oblige, and if available, a £10 supplement will apply.

Booking Terms & Conditions

We will ask you for a credit card to guarantee your stay at the time of booking, but will not charge your card until you stay with us.

We do accept all major credit and debit cards but we’re sorry we can only accept cheques as payment 14 days prior to arrival.

We understand that plans sometimes need to change and as long as you cancel your booking before 12 noon on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after 12 noon on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No Shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.

We operate a minimum two nights’ stay policy at weekends and during bank holiday weeks. Rates include VAT at the current rate.

Lowest Rate Guaranteed

We don’t want you to waste your time looking for the lowest deal on our accommodation, so we guarantee that you will not find our rooms advertised at a cheaper price elsewhere. In the unlikely event you do find a lower price within 24 hours of booking,we will honour the lower rate you’ve found and offer you a further 10% discount.
