Our character rooms can be found in the inn and the barn, all designed to make you feel at ease. Some with king-size beds, powerful showers and sofas to relax on, your bolt hole lets you recover from a day in the Dales. Wake up in the morning and soak in your own unique view of village life in Malham.

Feature Rooms
Mostly found in the beautiful Lister Barn, our feature rooms offer you the best nights sleep in Malham; finished to a high and homely standard with natural calming colours, big comfy beds and armchairs to sink in to. There is no better place to kick your walking boots off. Some feature rooms have access to the barn’s patio, perfect for that cup of tea in the morning watching village life go by.

Cosy Rooms
Mostly found in the Inn, our cosy rooms are just that, like a warming hug after a day walking. With comfy king-size beds, powerful showers and small details throughout, you’ll have a restful sleep in the heart of Malham.

The Lister Barn
The jewel in the Lister’s crown, the Lister Barn is the home you’ve been dreaming of in Malham. A two minute stroll over the beck from the inn (your local pub), the barn features eight bright and spacious bedrooms, all with comfy beds and options for all the family, as well as luxurious bathrooms to soak away the day’s adventures in. It’s the communal areas that make the barn so special. With a lounge area, log burner and a large table big enough to fit everyone round, there’s plenty of space to share moment with loves ones. There is also a boot room and a private garden are to relax in to village life. Dogs are of course welcome; we even have a dog wash at the front door.
